3D scenes may be a bit heavy, they would need some time to load.
Texture quality is set automatically depending on your device, but you can low them if performance is poor.
Configurator is still in beta, so it's possible that some bugs or artifacts may appear. If you are experiencing texture issues, try to set the quality to "High".
